Isotretinoin dosage

I am currently on the second week of isotretinoin. I t have been taking 40mg daily for the past two weeks and my lips start to dry quickly and my eyes also but others seem to be just fine. Is it okay to up the dose to 60mg or even 80mg?

what i do is 1 week 20 2 week 40 3 week 60 4 week 80 and use omega3 and lipbalm shit and drink fuckton of water and eye droplets if you dont want to have sensitive eyes for rest of ur life
