Depends on your body weight but 20-30mg is mostly ideal for minimal side effects but if you want a extremely low chance of your acne coming back after get a higher dosage

no, as long as you reach your cumulative dose your acne has a very small chance to relapse, this could mean high dose for less months or low dose for more months

Yes of course but some derms take you off early it happened to my friend and his acne came back and even if your reach your cumulative there’s still a higher chance of acne coming back if your on lower dose I think it’s like 20% on 20-30mg and like 5-10 on a higher dosage but still lower is better
