Isotretinoin Experience POST-RETINOID-SYNDROME HYPERSENSITIVITY and how I fixed it

STORY BACKGROUND AND HOW IT ALL STARTED
Back in middle school, I struggled with acne(mostly inflamed skin the typical teenage hormonal kind) and a bad diet. It wasn’t severe, and after turning 16 it improved a LOT. Around that time I discovered that topical isotretinoin was OTC in my country, so I started using a 0.05% gel. The results were almost immediate by the next day I noticed a difference, and within a week my acne was nearly gone, with only one or two non-inflamed bumps. I used it for about a year and it was the first product that worked that fast for me.

MAIN PART + I GOT POST-RETINOID SYNDROME and HOW I FIXED IT
I later found out that oral isotretinoin was also OTC, so I tried it. I took 10 mg daily for 16 days, but I noticed a shorter temper and more aggressive thoughts, so I stopped. Still, my skin stayed clear, and even my dandruff disappeared, likely due to reduced oil production. About three months later, the dandruff slowly returned and I occasionally got one or two pimples that would come and go. So I hopped on oral isotret again and by day 3 I noticed heart aches and palputation and headaches and I found out that I someone became hypersensitive to it, the 5mg blister wasn't available, so what I did was to split the dosage into once a week and on an empty stomach to reduce the absorption and maybe counter act my sensitivity, after 3weeks off accutane I started again, and I only took 10mg every 6days and still after a month I got post retinoin syndrom, I felt detached emotionally flat, even when I walked in the road it felt like it was fake, so I quit accutane I got on P5P pregnenolone and thankfully I got back to normal.

HOW I FIXED ACCUTANE HYPERSENSITIVITY
Then I experimented (recently) with a thiazide(the classic hydrothiazide) I took half which was 12,5mg (25mg per tab) to see how much of a diff it would make on my face it was a mild effect but noticeable. I came back home I took one accutane blister and I didn't had any side effects, I then took one blister per day for more than a week and still no side effect. I don't understand why but after taking the diuretic my hypersensitivity went away, which is weird considering it is a fat-soluble compound like vitamin A

Currently, I’m on dutasteride 0.5mg(every week although I could take it every month) for its skin effects and back on Accutane 10mg whenever I remember 5x/week.

P.S. I have no photos of when I had the bad hormonal acne(besides one but I was 13 and it is bad quality) only photos from the past 3years when most of the skin flaws are not easy to see lol

PRS is a thing. I had headaches, emotional flatness, no urge to watch porn, no libido besides when I forced myself to watch porn to see if I had an ED or not my response was fine, my fetishes were gone for a long time, and till now I don't find them that pleasing
also I did a PCT and was on clomid for 5days, then feared from the side effects I continued with nolva, and in 1,5weeks my test was fine but that happened months before the "PRS" happened probably played a role though
