Isotretinoin nose job at 15

I have a fat nose, and some acne, even tho ive fixed my severe acne and im on tazarotene, but i want to take isotret to make my nose slimer, because it had very large pores and many black heads, and we all know isotret gives u a nose job by sliming it, but my question is if by sliming all of my nose the tip will be less projected, making my nasal bridge look more projected too, i would say my nose is almost almost straight, and i dont want it to get worse because of less tip projection, can any1 tell me if accutane will give my nose tip less projection and make my nasal bridge more noticeable?

For the most part using isotret to alter nose shape is cope. I haven’t noticed any changes with my nose since starting it(november2025), but I heard it varies from person to person. Microdosing could be an option to limit side affects though.

yeah but my nose bridge is projected, my nose tip isnt projected, but on accutane my tip may loose some volume and bose bridge stays the same, thats what im worried about
