Isotretinoin or tazarotene

I’m debating whether to use tazarotene or isotretinoin I have light to medium acne but also want to reduce nose inflammation but idk if tazarotene does that currently on 0.025 Tret yes idgaf about going straight to taz I will eat that bitch up
