There's no benefit when it's not a sector that needs public aid. I could understand this narrative if US was building up their defense industry and there weren't enough buyers anyway, but they do and the industry is huge and as advanced as can be already.

Well Middle East would be much more peaceful and stable than it is today if there was no state of Israel. Israel bombs it's neighbors almost daily, preventing any genuine progress. Countries like Syria can never become stable, because Israel does not want that and makes hundreds of air strikes on their infrastructure every year.

No need to make things up. I've been to France plenty of times, and the only "migrants" in big cities are homeless people or tourists.
