Every time a cell inside your body replicates, a slither of your youth crumbles to dust. This occurs via the shortening of telomeres, structures that 'cap' the tips of our chromosomes. Now, scientists in Israel say they've been able to reverse this process and extend the length of telomeres in a small study involving 26 patients.
The participants sat in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for five 90 minutes sessions per week over three months, and as a result, some of their cell's telomeres were extended by up to 20 percent. It's an impressive claim - and something many other researchers have attempted in the past without success. But of course it's worth flagging that this is a small sample size, and the results will need to be replicated before we can get too excited. However, the fact that hyperbaric oxygen therapy appears to affect telomere length is a compelling link worth investigating further.

ISRAELI only jews get to be immortal

once again, jews are at the vanguard of progress in society.

i for one suggest that we all follow the noahide laws 🌈 out of respect for the chosen 🕎

Hyperbaric therapy is not something new, it has been used for a long time and it has great regenerative properties.
Michael Jackson allegedly slept in a hyperbaric chamber to prevent aging and recover after long working hours, he was treated first in a hospital with hyperbaric therapy after burning his hair and was so impressed by the speedy recovery, that he bought a unit for personal use at home.
Many pro athletes also use these chambers and swear by it.

Lengthening telomeres is not exactly new. Vladimir Khavinson pioneered this decades ago with peptide bioregulators like Epitalon (a synthetic version of a naturally occurring pineal peptide telomerase activator), which frankly do this better (33% longer telomeres) and quicker (short injection cycles) than whatever this shit is.

Just LOL at sitting in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for 1.5 hours, 5 days a week, for 3 months and achieving a poorer result. Thank you chosenites - truly gods chosen people

they will probably use it on themselves and will keep the goyim with this degeneracy and let them kill each other

Can these peptides be obtained?

you could sleep in those chambers, no time lost

Of course, just ask my silky (tested) 10-year old telomeres. But just FYI - telomere lengthening is helpful but isn't the end all be all for reversing aging.

Hyperoxia also produces tons of ROS, so using this therapy for telomere lengthening isn't really ideal.

Source?

This "technology" has existed, essentially since electric motor invention. There's nothing really holding you back from making an air tight chamber, with a compressor pumping up the air into the chamber. That's all there is to it, literally. Then you just bring inside an oxygen tank and breathe from it for 90minutes.

What about Sauna, Cryotherapy, and shit?

Get me oxygen chambers I wanna be as good at tennis as Djokovic and Michael Jackson

For Poorcels, there's the Wim Hof method;

It's free, and may bring many benefits (It's not cope)

I don't know the specifics of it; it seemed to me some guys on longecity.org had debunked the telomere theory of aging, don't take my word on it though

correct, it’s just one piece of the puzzle

None of this matters. Just fucking LOL if you think the worlds rich and powerful would EVER share something like this with the filthy masses.

If reverse aging actually did allow for some kind of immortality, or even just massively expanded lifespan, then there is absolutely zero chance that it would benefit the common man. The rich would keep it to themselves to become immortal or semi-immortal gods while the rest of us eat shit and die.

I don't really bother with it, these days I only take astragalus.

I had a couple of cycles with the peptide bioregulators Epitalon and Pinealon but it ended up being too expensive to keep using it

I do a 10 day cycle at 10mg/day every 6 months to a year, not too expensive that way.

yeah I am happy that humans are not immortal or else the elitist would be ruling over us forever with no end in sight

There are far better and safer methods to keep young body. Forced telomerese may even increase cancer risk

Telomerase activation is generally anti-cancer. The inventor of Epitalon has been using it for decades

There are these inflatable hyperbaric chambers, they don't achieve the pressure of hard-shell chambers, but they are much cheaper and easier to install in your house.
