⭐️ As you can see, I have a chubby face. I am not sure if this is due to facial fat, water, etc.

⭐️I am around 6’0-6’1 and weight approximately 145 lbs. My BMI is between 19.1 - 19.7

⭐️What could be the cause? How do I fix it?

also most people cant loose facial fat very easily so if u do go on that journey it might take a while wishing u luck

Lack of bones mainly in the undereyes/malar area

Also I’m growing out my hair and planning to buy leave in conditioner and curl cream.

I’m also gonna buy Latisse for my eyelashes even tho they seem to be long enoigh

As for my eyebrows it’s haram to shave them. I can only pluck the area in between to prevent it from being a unibrow

Avoid too many carbs 100-150g sweet spot
Potassium and magenum in balance
Low sodium
Drink a 1-1.5 gallons of water a day
Dandeloin root as natural diuretic
Cardio and be active
Sauna every now and then to remove excess water

Bmi is very flawed



And 145lbs at 6ft doesn't mean your lean. Pinch the fat in your stomach area, love handles and under your thigh.

Subcutaneous fat is fat under the skin
Visceral fat is the fat deep within your body that surrounds your organs, typically in the cavity in the stomach region.

High Visceral fat is rare, only excessively builds up if you eat goy and don't move all day
Subcutaneous fat is the fat in your face, arms etc.



Jfl if you've been here since 2022 but lack this basic knowledge

I told you I can’t do eyebrows as it’s haram

I’m using rapidlash for my eyelashes

I’m trying to grow out my hair and use leave in conditioner + hair gel

Reducing facial fat for a leaner face is still more important than all of this.
