It absolutely enrages me when someone has the same haircut as me or same shirt color etc.

Whenever I see someone having a similar haircut or wearing similar clothes as me, I get mad. I hate it so much, it feels like he stole my identity. I try so hard to be different / unique, this feels like a punch in the face

It's especially f'ed up for someone like you working on Law Enforcement. You cant even grow a beard to distinguish yourself.
