Seeing people on Instagram at the Gym,dieting while working working 9-5 jobs and studying at School......

like where in the fck do they get the mental horsepower to do this....I'm ded srs, this shit blows my mind everytime I

scroll through my IG feed I see people posting their life 24/7 of them constantly doing this routine of Gym+Dieting+Work+School+Socializing

Gym and dieting alone by itself is extremely fckn difficult to stick to.....like do these mfs even sleep lol

This is not difficult with average time management skills.

I was meaning to make a post about this actually

About how hard it's to do any kind of self improvement when your an incel (aka your life is shit)

the reason normies can do all of this is because fundamentally their life is fine. Sometimes great, sometimes less, but the point is that they enjoy living it

When you enjoy the life you have, it's not hard to add self improvement into it

The big difference is that we do self improvement with a very clear goal in mind, and on a timer - "my life will be shit until I achieve X"

But normies don't do it with that mentality, their life is already at a good level - gf, friends, etc...

But we live as dogs, and strive to live like normal people through whatever we do - this causes us to attach too much importance on the results, and any minor setback will destroy us mentally

It's widely known that people fail most of their life goals, be it fitness, or dream career, or anything
Why? Because their life is fine, they live in a comfortable mediocrity, there's nothing really pushing them that much.

A guy who can get laid every half a year and sometimes enter into a LTR, will not be motivated to hit the gym religiously, spend thousands on surgeries etc..

It's ironic that we have the motivation, but lack the support structure we need, and normies have the structures, but lack the drive

Another thing is that normies will get much more validation for whatever it is that they do.
Going to the gym is a great example, a nomrie will get start getting complimented after going for a few months by his friends, but we won't, we'd have to have a peak instagram influence physique for anyone to notice

Its a lot easier to do these things when you actually have a set routine and follow through with it. Eventually it becomes habit and is your baseline, and it won't feel right to break that routine.

You get more energy from the active lifestyle/good diet.
