Seriously, pleading the fifth makes you look sus in the judge and juries' eyes.
But if you simply say "It ees what it ees" , when youre asked a question... then good luck to any lawyer or prosecutor having to respond to that.
That statement holds great power, beyond just a means for PSLers to cope.
