It's just laziness and taking the easy way. I don't blame you. Surgeries give you a fix while softmaxxes like gym, diet, skincare takes time to play out.

They are less riskier and foolproof ways to ascend. Surgery isn't. Nobody ever descends by improving skincare, diet. You should be doing anyway.
