It will deplete to other areas if you don't take fin unfortunately. Seeing how you fin gave you sides (that I assume are severe, cause I have sides too, but I just ignore them), you are on a sinking ship.

Have you tried combining this with scalp micro pigmentation? It might give the illusion of more density.

Microneedling does nothing. Tried it on my facial hyperpigmentation (dark spots) for months. They got worse, not better.

After they implant the grafts, the follicles take root but the shafts fall out and there's shock loss where even the normal native follicles surrounding the graft also fall out, but around 3 months mark, the grafts start growing baby hairs And you start seeing results 6 months to year after. Just be patient. You shouldn't even consider another hair transplant until 1 full year has passed after the surgery.
