You don't hav to be NT. You just gotta be able to interact with people who are without being self conscious. In many cases being ND is an advantage. Look at all the cult leaders like Charlie Manson or that Waco Texas freak. They were anything but neuro typical. Anyone who's been labeled an "enigma" has been far from NT. They've just had a deep understanding of normal people while having a deep understanding and level of comfort with themselves.

having social anxiety and bad social skills is not the same as being ND. I have severe adhd (so im ND) but im still able to talk to alot of people pretty successfully.

You’re right, the NT pill is basically just the realisation that looks are not the whole game especially outside autistic bubble that I live in. Most normal people are not walking around with a biometric PSL scanner in their head, myself included hopefully. They are responding to the persons vibe and humour, and whether being around you feels normal. Looks open doors, but if you’re self-conscious and bitter, there is no hope.

Being ND is not automatically a death sentence either to be fair, Sometimes it is even an advantage, because you can be more intense, more original, more memorable and less NPC than the average socially calibrated person. The point is: understand NT people, interact with them without resentment, and stop making every social failure a referendum on how you look, this needs to stop A mid guy who is relaxed, funny and socially present will often beat a bettr looking guy. This id just true, regardless of bp. Looks matter, of course, but this is the part people hate admitting.
