False. It depends on many factors. For example, if you are black and got killed in Chicago, the police won't throw resources at such a case.

If you are a white, doctor/lawyer, police will put resources into such a case

You just need to plan it as thoroughly as possible and make it very costly for police to catch you. Most criminals are low IQ and will impulse kill with no planning hence why many get caught.

Then you need to think about cameras you need to check out the area before hand and find blind spots this varies dependant on location as if your in a city its going to be harder than a village.

As for evidence you need to do the deed in a controlled area, if you are really worried about DNA. The key ones are.

• Hair. - Get a wig/prostetic hair.
• Eye lashes - Idk maybe pluck before hand incase one comes off etc.
• Finger prints - Gloves (Dont use Latex as they still leave prints use very thick gloves)
• Blood - If you cut yourself you need to bleach it straight away.
• Sweat - Unlikely to be left but there's a chance (Dont be a fat cunt less chance of sweat etc.)
• Murder weapon - Self explanatory - Dont leave casings/etc.

More advanced types of Evidence

• Footprints (Only applicable in muddy areas/off road) - Wear a size up or down. (If you are linked to the victim they could see that the shoes are exactly the same and use that as evidence so don't wear your usual shoes)
• Cloth/clothing residue - Can be used to id clothes used/fabrics etc.
• Dog hair / Cat hair - Lint roll your clothes.
• Pollen / Mud - Can be used to id where you came from be careful to use fresh clothes.

I cant be asked to go into more types but obviously you need to think about everything .

Disposal of body.
This depends on where you killed them.

If you do a good job with DNA you can just leave them.
Easy way is to eat them or feed them to animals (Pigs are best tbh).

use night vision goggles with IR lasers and perform the hit at 3-4 AM so the target will not be able to see you but you can see them


use google maps on the location for reconnaissance (you should be vpnmaxing during this as well)

cut target's power prior to breaching

use a cell phone jammer so police cant be called

use "shotgun door breaching" techniques or learn to pick locks to gain entry

use CQB rated optics (EOTECH, aimpoint) for fast target acquisition

might be helpful to listen to local police radio during all this, so you know if someone's being dispatched to the location. this is publicly available and you can literally just google it
