It is entirely possible to get up to 330lbs deadlift in 4 months of consistent training. Or 225lbs bench

I achieved those lifts in 4 months buddy boyo

Granted I will say this .I was training for the past 3-4 years on/off just doing fuck all in the gym and did not make any special gains
This year I started at 80 pound bench and now do 225 lbs.

I started at 80 pounds rep max this year so no nigga
Yeah but you get muscle faster when you had a baseline before.

I do one-rep max 250lbs on the bench right now. If I stop lifting completely for a full year, I'll be back at 150lbs and then get back to 250lbs extremely quick.

That’s muscle memory
Your body can regain the same muscle twitch fibers

What im saying is my max itself was 80 pounds. I had never been able to go higher
Then in 4 months just had insane progress after upgrading protein intake
