It is hard to cut now

I lost weight from 250lbs to 192lbs and packed on a good amount of muscle for 10 months. i want to cut further to get shredded for the summer but it has been increasingly hard to stay diciplined now that im around 14-16% body fat. Not fat but with good muscled and fat distribution.\

Please help me out.

The hard part's over (starting); now it's time to just abuse peptides and HGH to help you out because that's what is going to be sustainable, so I'll write a mini thread for you, boi, then give some good threads that I'm semi knowledgeable about, but I'm also a nigga on org, so add a fat grain of salt to this

HGH and a GLP such as Reta, Tirz, etc., are going to be the best right now for you and allow you to not suffer as harshly from the starving and energy deficit, so start at 3 IU or so along with a milligram of Reta every 6 days. and up the steps and opt for diet soda to crush sugar cravings. Also, your best friends are shit to chew on like gum or even rice cakes to just eat to give the sensation of food again WITHOUT the big caloric intake. :love: (Trust me, it helps.)

if you already vape opt for pouches because they are stronger and suppress hunger even more while not frying your shit cardio from the temu geekbar
