I’m in America blud and I’ve never eaten raw, no clue where I would source the food and I just don’t think I’m built for that, I’m trying to bulk up because my BMI is at unhealthy levels and being anorexic is not a looksmax it’s a failo

I doubt I’ll be able to get enough calories with raw meat diet
