I am feeling skinny and looking good in the mirror but my weight is the same

I am going for low carb and high fat and protein

doing manual labor + full body at the gym 3x a week + fighting 3x a week (but I am hurt in the leg for 2 weeks)

I went from 91 to 85kgs but I am hard stuck at 85kgs (I am 1,85m)

You are probably gaining muscle and losing fat so ur weight stays the same

I hope so bro, it would be lame to put such effort for nothing
Also if ur doing the same workout as when u started u need to slowly step it up for example u were doing 5kg weights week 2 do 6kg weights week 3 do 7kg...

what i did when my weight loss staled was take a week off to eat at maintenance calories, then get back into the cut but at slightly lower calories and i kept losing weight till low, hit my second stall rn😭

Yeah that is why I am not going for a too restrictive or agressive deficit, so that if I need to I can always eat even less and I am trying to walk everyday to help out with the caloric deficit, I know it is not much but if 200cal in deficit then I might actualy make it

people that go to restrictive then have nothing to remove from their diet and get screwed

Yeah that is why I am not going for a too restrictive or agressive deficit, so that if I need to I can always eat even less and I am trying to walk everyday to help out with the caloric deficit, I know it is not much but if 200cal in deficit then I might actualy make it

I’d say 7lbs a month is feasible weight loss, especially in the beginning but once you get closer to like 15% bodyfat shit slows down and you gotta start micromanaging the cut

Way better to just aggressive cut and then lean bulk or maintain tbh u will achieve results faster imo

Yeah. whole reason maingaining/recomp is popular is it takes the burden of deciding and sticking to a hard plan off of people’s shoulders. In doing so it also seals their destiny to receive a mid physique after years of hard work.
