Since I have started exercising again (boxing, swimming, jumping rope), taking vitamin C, drinking protein shakes and sunbathing almost daily, etc

I have noticed that my eyebrows and eyelashes are growing and new hairs appearing on the eyebrows

But don't forget to use sunscreen. In the evening rinse it off with a cleanser (start with a soft one especially if you already got good skin, anything heavier is for oily skin and bad skin) and then apply retinol. Start small, every third night, and increase the frequency gradually to do it every night. Then moisturize after 15 mins to let it absorb first.

exercise will boost your test and growth hormone levels but I have never heard of anyone noticing a difference in hair growth. Maybe placebo but it could be true
