Well, not really 'consistently', but you can totally hook up quite reliably at festivals. I'm probably lltn-mltn currently but I do have a lot of niche appeal.
The thing is that you want to nichemaxx extremely hard to the type of girls that you are interested in, and then you can just approach, make eye contact and smile and go "WOOO!!!" while raising your hands in the air. Then if she smiles at you, you can grab her, dance with her and hug/cuddle. And then you can touch her face (and even put your fingers near/in her mouth if you're bold). If she rejects, go to the next girl. But if she's receptive, you can just move your face in closer and go for the kiss. Then after a few minutes, you can just take her to a nearby bench and push her on her side to make out before isolating her for a hookup. Works very consistently for me.

It's pretty much a combination of festivals + nichemaxxing + approach volume + low competition

Festivals -> Girls are on drugs, tired and very open. Many are in a 'I don't care, I just want to hook up' stage. Logistics are also really easy, the tents are usually just 5-10 minutes walking away.
Nichemaxxing -> You stand out a lot to a select type of girls. Especially in my niche (hippie/boho), mainstream attractveness markers don't matter as much (jawline, midface, height) doesn't matter as much, but other aspects (canthal tilt and eye expression, long healthy hair (I'm using a realistic hair system atm due to Norwood5), clear skin, lean frame/body (I say as I'm still 25%bf with no muscle)) matter a lot more. And just dressing/acting like you belong in their world matters a lot.
Low competition -> Many men just dress lke generic normies with cargo shorts, basic tshirts, jeans, ect with basic scent and no vibe calbiration at all. Plus at these festivals a lot of guys are also quite old; so if you are 20-30 year old you stand out a LOT.
Approach volume -> You can easily spam 20-30 girls in one night at festivals, and many will not reject you due to the festival environment; so there are at least some girls that are open/horny enough to fuck.

I can show you what I look like in DMs. I'm still working on my skin (this is a medical issue which I'll fix soon), jawline (fillers/surgery in 2027) and bodyfat (still 23-25% with no muscle).
