Lefort 3 only fits Cruzom syndrom no without a reason.
If your face grew downward Lefort 3 would only lenghten nose, zygos and whole face, Just imagine how IT would look like to brind forward this red skull

Thats why finding a way to go from red to Pink skull would be such revolution.

It depends.

You may have a drooping tip which is creating the illusion of a longer nose, and a shorter philtrum. If so, this can be augmented with a rhinoplasty and having your surgeon cut the depressor septi nasi muscle, which will prevent your nose from turning downwards when you laugh or speak, and will permanently create an up-tilt or neutrally pointed nose position.

Measure the distance between the top of the vermillion border of the lip to the nostril holes to truly determine if your nose is long, or not.
