in East asian countries you MUST sit, speech tonality, talking in hierarchical way with every interactions in a day. You can’t express your true self or else ostracize from society.

Whereas, in the west, you can just go up to your mates like what’s good my boys. Or just say what have you been up to, what do you do, my god that’s crazy how did you do that.

My social anxiety was x10 times worst there compared to even in Europe, and even x20 times worst compared to America.

If you are high inhib or have social anxiety in the west. You deserve to be a loser.

You can be sociable in Asia. But you’ll mostly be the one initiating and guiding the interaction. Except in the workplace where little incel manlets get butthurt when you challenge their authority by being outspoken.
