I applied had to sit some stupid test that they make you do that took like at least half an hour then got invited to an interview got dressed nicely and showered and showed up told the interviewer I’m available all week and hours then they interviewer kept asking some stupid questions such as ‘tell me a time when you went over and beyond’ and just more stupid questions like I didn’t just apply to a minimum wage night shift role lmao they literally want you working from 9PM to 7AM what if so fucking important at Sainsbury’s that has to be done at 4AM what a joke
