talk to them online and take drugs. take a lot of drugs. take dxm,lsd,antidepressants. they all numb your anxiety. there is no other way. and set your standards low. you have to be able to switch to low expectation mentality and work yourself up from low smv girls to higher until you find one that will ltr you and you would ltr with no issue
