It looked like a woman was laughing at me in the street

She was pushing a stroller with a kid in it and she looked at me and was smiling like she was laughing and a few seconds I looked back and she was laughing again. She wasn't smiling she was laughing.

Maybe she was just in her own world and was laughing about something in her head and happened to look at me?

I sometimes laugh, smirk on my own but I thought that only mental people do that, I guess I'm normal?
