it makes no sense to push iq unless u feel like it

since when u push u deplete and it will take long regeneration time, where its turboloading

its the same when u just chill, there is no difference

u gotta accept that long periods where no high iq thought is coming are normal

c cannot accelerate ur progress, if u try the results are the same

so better dont try, it gives better frequency

i know its hard to stay cool during pressure, but it makes no difference if u push without feeling like it , u just ruin ur frequency
