If you are non NT by natural causes/not from autism, or you only have very mild autism you can mask it pretty well.

From my experience, if you were NT once before, you could go back to being NT if you put in some effort. I was very NT up until 13-14 then everything went downhill. Around 17, I started to regain that NTness. I'm still non-nt but a lot better compared to before. It's a slow process
