It seems that the rear camera makes my eye asymmetries more evident

Why does this happen? And why only sometimes? In ALL photos and videos with the front camera and some photos with the rear camera my eye asymmetry is not so evident

but how could this interfere with the symmetry of my eyes? They are not naturally symmetrical, but in these photos I mentioned the asymmetry is brutal

There is probably more distortion in videos and photos taken with the front camera than with the rear. So is the distortion making me look better?
