I genuinely hate being ugly, I have female friends and it really surprises me how differently they treat you for being ugly, I know it's obvious but I genuinely didn't realize about this until about 3 months ago, for example I tell a joke or say something and I get 0 attention, they don't even listen to me, or for example they go out more with guys who are better looking than me, they laugh more at their jokes, etc. and I find that really weird, because that doesn't happen with men, there is no such thing as “validate more the better looking one” or things like that (at least not in my group of friends) what bothers me the most is that I don't even want them to see me in a romantic way, I just want them to take me as much into account as a good looking guy.

I'm not going to lie, I really feel like I'm their friend, they tell me, I tell them, we even post stories together on instagram, I really think it's more of a subconscious thing, or something they give less importance to, idk.
