Im not chad, but thats basicly what happened.

Still messed it up because im also not looking for sex. Its intimidating for me

personality comes from exogenous factors, same with abused dog sydrome tbh.

true though, looks are not everything.

My issues do stem from poor confidence in my looks growing up a general self esteem issues from autism and general incompetence at normie tasks.

As a result, despite having friends and a social life I still feel a disconnect from everyone around me.

Thankyou. I do also like my personality.

Its just that many of my behavioral patterns are very maldaptive which is the root of my issues.

Its very exhausting doing the same thing over and over again hoping for something to be different this time, but it always just turns out the same.
