Yes. Thats just one of them and it’s not the worst. I was always in a caloric deficit. I ate very very little.
And to be fair my face is not fucked. But those milimiters that I would have had from good development would have improved my life sooo much

I also had very poor posture. I was always the tallest guy and I kept my head slouched and my spine bent so I would appear shorter. Head posture matters very much.
