If you knew the location of all atoms and the forces being acted upon them, you could accurately predict what will happen next. This means that you do not really have a choice, your choices were already predetermined based on the first transfer of energy, or movement of the first atoms. Even you seeing this message is predetermined. Give up all hope of change, you will never influence or change anything. Just kill yourself, there is no better option at this point, Or go ER beforehand. You were destined to do that anyways, might as well accept it.

Everybody has free will but free will falls within Divine Will

Nobody has true free will, if gods plan is perfect than nothing you do can change it

it takes more energy available in the universe to be able to do that
so, in conclusion the future is not predictable, nor is it pre-determined

You dont have to know about the whole universe. If you knew about every atom there is within a billion light years from earth, then you could predict what would happen to them due to you knowing about the forces acting upon them. Also, because nothing is faster than light (that we know of) you dont have to worry about other atoms outside of the zone you knew of influencing the ones you looked at, at least for a little while.
In conclusion you dont have to know about the whole universe to predict a small part of it.

correct, but you'd need more energy than is available in that small portion of the universe
so to map the superposition of electrons and atoms in one inch of space you'd need a mathematically much larger amount of energy than 1 inch can provide you
and so on and so on
which makes the predictability of anything impossible due to lack of enough energy to measure every variable affecting every atom
so if predictability is theoretically impossible, than even the universe can't predict itself
making it non-predeterministic in structure
