Itachi lines and Smile lines

I just started on 30mg accutane like 5 days ago and I’m planning to get updosed to 50-60mg~

Wondering if itachi lines and smile lines will go away after getting lean / lowering bf%

Might seem dumb question not sure, also might be visually worse from acne / scars

well you have them partially because of accutane

but its more of a fat issue than anything once you get lean and lose that excessive malar fat they will go away

they will be less prominent but the line might still be there even if most of the "nasolabial fold volume" is gone

my folds have reduced a lot from getting leaner they are mostly gone but the line is still there if that makes sense. i think at that point its a good idea to start some sort of injectable to fill in the volume in that area but injectables are a waste of money imo if the malar fat is still prominent

Losing bodafat will help a bit, paired with volufiline on those lines will make a solid improvement

From personal experience I will say this, my smile lines did look the best when I was between 10-12% bf. I’ve been on 7-8% bf which idk if it was imagination but my smile lines and eye lines appeared more visible so I’d stick to 10-12% bf. Also volufiline did not work at all for me used it for half a year I say it’s cope and very bad ROI

Yeah it works on some people and on some people not, very mixed results. But yeah lower bodyfat or get more bone mass since you will have more support, people with little bone mass and narrow faces have smile lines and fatter faces since there is little mass. Imagine your face if you stretched out skin (as if you had an implant), your smile lines will go away since these is more support if yk what I mean
