Itachi lines & Colouring

Can someone give me some tips to reduce / remove my Itachi lines (Itachi lines are also known medically as tear troughs) and fix my colouring permanently ( yes ik tinted SPF covers everything up )

There are a lot of colouring guides and the best thing for nasolabial folds are filler or fat grafting
