Now, I know what you're thinking, but I have a theory that suggests people of darker skin tend to absorb heat a lot more, and heat creates a lot of movement. His bench press is equipped, his wearing a bodysuit/shirt I beleive that assists in lifting while Julius' record is unassisted.

I've noticed that people that have West African ancestry tend to have relatively narrow wrists & ankles but broad shoulders & good muscle insertions. This is probably why they have fast twitch muscle fibers (ACTN3 gene). This is probably what makes them excel at sprinting & explosive sports.
