It depends on what type of Italian, Southern Italians on average are more culturally, linguistically, and phenotypically are leaning towards the rest of mediterrenean ethnics and middle easterners, plus they had been parts of various middle easterner/north african kingdoms and states. While in the Northern Italian pennisular, the people are historically ruled by Germanics/slavic people from Northern Europe after the Roman empire and had been more lingustically and culturally influenced by Germanic culture as they were apart of the HRE and Italy had not been united under one common culture/language/idenity until much later in the 1800s. This DNA you just described probably more commonly attributed to the Italians from Northern and Central italy.
