This gym and every gym is packed to the fucking moon ALL NIGHT . Ridiculous wtf do i even do , im on sarms and cant even workout . If i workout too late i have to take pre and cant sleep til 3 am and wake up so late and kills my productivity

You can do a pre-exhaust with DB flyes, going right into presses or even pushups if hypertrophy is the primary goal. They're even safer to do on the ground so.
