It's a shame that there's no minimum required IQ to have children.

My mom is visibly low IQ and doesn't care about me at all. To her, I'm just another guy she would meet on the street.
I wish there was some "minimum" IQ required for people to pass their genes down to offspring. This way, there would be more both emotionally and logically intelligent people.
