People here are saying that bones adapt to muscles when the muscle grows , this is 100% cope and here is why :
1.People claim body building, chewing and overall exercise makes the muscle bigger and the bone follows the muscle so the bone gets bigger
if that's true then we should be able to get wider clavicle bones if we train our shoulder muscles but as far i've never seen someone get any results.
2-The Reason why some people look muscular ( aka thick wrist , big muscles , wide neck , high fwhr ) Is because of their bones , their bone mass is big and
masculine which in fact makes the muscle look way bigger and a mix of healthy fats that they have
3-(chewing works look at bruxism niggers)
you do realize when bruxism patients get botox or any form of surgery done on their masseter , their jaw looks so much smaller
BUT when someone have wide jaw bone and small masseter it looks aesthetic and pleasing to look at
so please stop coping with chewing your just gonna give yourself overbite , just eat , sleep and live well and stop coping1.People claim body building, chewing and overall exercise makes the muscle bigger and the bone follows the muscle so the bone gets bigger

tldr : bones dont adapt to muscles , muscles adapt to bones , bones adapt to hormones , nutrients and genetics
(i said in an earlier thread that chewing works , after researching for a bit i found out it doesnt so if you seen that one just ignore it )
