People here have convinced themselves they will never be happy if they are not a tall handsome white chad who slays stacies, of course you will never be happy if your goals are so simple and superficial.

Try reading about the stoics or epicureanism, ultimately you just have to learn to take every day as it comes, you cant change your fate so learn to deal with it, if your happiness relies on things that are outside of your control then how will you ever be satisfied?

The epicureans believed that ultimate pleasure was to be freedom from anxiety and mental pain, especially that arising from needless fear of death and of the gods.

Reminder that you will die and be forgotten very soon, theres not a fucking thing you can do. So why worry if the outcome is already decided?
