You won't lose any fat the first couple days of your diet or the first day of your fast you still have excess carbs and your body can't enter ketosis. It's all about keeping it going and not break whatever diet or fast your doing because your just gonna take longer to reach that point to where your actually burning fat. In my case every time I break my fast and have to sit through a whole day before I even notice any changes in my body is absolute hell and not worth the shitty food of being hungry a whole day and not losing anything .
