jurisdictions in the us have quiet hours usually from 11pm to 7am

(boomers have screwed it up with their 24/7 greed, though that’s ameliorated somewhat with the decay of service since covid, over for the west)

so what you do is call the cops; the regular line for your local department, not 911, and tell them the situation/make a noise complaint
