It's almost impossible to get women if you work in IT/Finance

It's been about 1 year since I graduated, since then I've been working as a quantitative analyst in a "finance" company and I have some observations:

-There is 1 woman for every ten men
-Women are of poor quality both in appearance and personality
-Lots of simps doing about 50% of the work they (women) should be doing
-Monthly inclusion meetings held by HR

Now making comparisons to college:
My course and classrooms were predominantly male in a ratio of 8/2, however other courses had a female predominance such as chemistry and architecture for example, so when there were extracurricular activities and parties the gender ratio was balanced. 70% of the time I had sex was because of college, so to the youngcels here, your opportunity is the college and school, beyond that it becomes extremely difficult to slay.

Conclusion: I don't regret it at all because my salary is good, but what I want to say is that if you think about working with IT/finance you need to understand that you will not get any women working in these firms It's hard and I say that as a nigga that don't have so much problems with "getting bitches"

Listen please, make friends at school and college and keep in touch with them in your adult life, it will be very important

It's not something exclusive to the company I'm at, but something that can be generalized to almost every place where there's HR.
In the monthly meetings when there are inclusion and diversity trainings you can see the hostility that these people have towards men who are not Chads (normies and subs5) so If some bitch denounces you for any nonsense you will be fired

Man... engineers are fucked people, there are a lot of engineers in the company and most of them work as a consultant or data analyst, things that don't have much to do with what most of these people studied, there are no engineering jobs and that's all that's left for them

Maybe you didn't read it right or you really don't know.
Your country, which I assume is the United States, maybe the realities of people who work in finance are from courses like accounting, business and economy, but that's not how it works here, at least in this company and others. 95% of the people who work here have taken courses in computing, engineering or mathematics. I do quantitative analysis, other departments like risk analysis, data science, financial statistics and Portfolio Optimization, High-Frequency Trading, modeling are 100% STEM people.
Obviously, for other departments such as HR, marketing and ethics, other people from different areas are in charge.

FINANCE being STEM or not, doesn't change anything I said, so this is a totally irrelevant discussion.
