Just by going to gym, 10% bf, having decent skin u will be above average

i mean have u seen the subhumans that roam outside. a bunch of @Zer0/∞ everywhere today. fucking subhumans by the hundreds and this is the average

How do i get better skin
 
once you have a good body (sub 14% body fat), a full head of hair, youthful-ish skin and at least 5'8, you are already ahead of 90% of the general population realistically unless extremely recessed or disproportionate face. People really let themselves go in this consoomerist world.

Bluepill cope. Your gym won't change your face and height and that's what matters. I always have a good laugh when I see gymcels who wear tight shirts like fags just so random people can see their 5lbs of muscles, because your muscles aren't visible when you wear normal fit clothes like most people.

what do you look like? I am talking general population, people on the street. The attractiveness curve is heavily skewed though, 80% of the people out there are completely irrelevant in the appearance department.

She said im too young for laser (25) she will do a peeling first and if im not happy she will do laser but she said i will need like 6-7 peeling treatments im a severe case. She said she will make the laser treatment cheaper for me life fuel
