Any guy with beyond short hair looks like some kind of actor/musician and usually they’re struggling (and if they’re not they’re household names )

The point is. If you have very tight cut faded hair you can pass off as wealthy and fake it.

With long hair it’s very hard to fake it because you’re in entertainment industry(or are homeless) and by the time you’ve made money in entertainment the girl should have heard of you.

You kind of have a point, but it's say it's MEDIUM hair length that is most beneficial to run "rich guy" game, not SHORT.
Fades are especially low class, I've never seen a man with a fade and thought "wow he must be rich".
Very short hairstyles convey a sense of practicality and conformity that doesn't look "rich" either.
Long hair can also look high class and "noble", but it's really hard to pull it off that way - especially if paired with a stubble/beard or if you're 40+.

Medium hair like this, on the other hand, really gives off the vibe of wealth and luxury. It's neat and tidy, but also refined and noble-looking.

Not like it matters though, GL is GL regardless of whether it looks "rich" or not.
