It's amazing how free and spirited I feel walking into an isolated nature trail versus how confined and anxious i feel walking into the shops

But if I'm with someone, I feel far less anxious walking into the shops.. but on the converse if I'm with someone I feel less free and spirited walking a nature trail. I used to live near a mall where my local grocery shops was within and from there to my place was an isolated winding path under trees and omfg the huge breath of relief I felt when waling out of the mall and finally being alone again.

Same, I hate being alone. When I’m with someone I become a social God.
