It’s annoying knowing that I cause most of my problems

It’s easier when you have a sound scapegoat to blame everything on, but in hindsight most people in my
life were reasonable with me. I live a fairly easy and blessed life. I just self sabotage for the dumbest reasons. Like I never know what I’m doing.
