I feel weird. Haven’t felt so depressed and wanting to kill myself before. Today is just very empty and I see no good nowhere on my horizon.

It’s over

Stop eating PUFAs and gluten.
Get more sunlight and walk outside more.
Try high dose CBD oil, Mucuna pruriens, high dose saffron, KSM-66 Ashwagandha
Eat more fruits
Take zinc and vitamin D
Lift weights regularly
Drink black coffee or green tea
Pray/meditate tbh too

Good luck bro :chad:

Haven't heard about the herbs in ur third point but solid list, ashwaghanda might have the potential to be serotogenic btw

I'd add more emphasis on getting sugar, implementing aspirin + vitamin k2, low fat milk and OJ

Unsaturated fats

They're highly anti metabolic

Found in vegetable oils, nuts, 99% of fried food and other food in varying amounts

Poisonous refined inflammatory oils like sunflower oil soybean oil canola oil peanut oil safflower oil etc. Basically that shit is in all fast food and is used in almost all restaurants cooking and in very many packaged food items in the store

Wouldn't fruits be the best source of sugar anyways?
Also why low fat milk specifically?

i only eat avocado oil, olive oil and butter

Yup, they are. Coke, ice cream, a bit of white sugar in your coffee/milk can also be very therapeutic though.

To keep PUFA intake low cause like I said before, unsaturated fats are present in a ton of foods, and so if you're gonna be drinking a lot of milk, it's best to have it on the low fat side to minimize PUFAs

So in your opinion people should be eating most of their calories from fruits honey sugar and saturated fats and MUFAs? What do you think about potatoes yams carrots and other tubers, they seem to be very easy on human digestion (as opposed to veggies and legumes) and have lots of nutrients

most calories should be from carbs, yep, fat intake should always remain low though, and 100-150g of protein is good as long as you balance it out with carbs (2:1, 3:1 carb:protein ratio)

well cooked tubers are fine, raw carrots and mushrooms are good for digestion.

such a lonely day and its mine.... the most lonliest day of my lifeeee!!!
