The ~3ml vial that my oxidized peptides came in was used for the reconstitution of them.

Now that I'm ready to inject them, however, the needle I'm using doesn't seem to be long enough to fully penetrate the lid.

As a result, I can't get the solution out of the vial. Thus, I can't inject my peptides. What am I doing wrong?

You need a different syringe. Get some Luer lock syringes, you'll be able to use different needles, now your problem is solved.

I got it working but does it matter if air bubble pockets enter my skin
